Your Opportunity with Lone Rooftop
In your role you are responsible for the commercial success and client growth of Lone Rooftop in the U.S. You oversee all sales and customer success activities in the U.S, manage to grow the sales pipeline and close new deals on the corporate executive levels. You are directly involved with the major (new) accounts. Growing Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships in the U.S. supported by our Amsterdam team is a broader part of your responsibility.
You love working hands-on on greenfield accounts and will clearly articulate how Corporate Real Estate Leaders of Fortune 2000 companies can benefit from our space utilization platform. Entering new clients in the US, strategic selling and developing the sales on existing clients is what you do best.

You understand the complexity of decision-making in the global enterprise market and maintaining business relations and creating new ones comes natural to you. You are a hunter, deal closer, networker, persuader and always pursuing maximum value for both customer and company. Your leadership skills give a strong impulse to the sales, customer success and partnership teams. You feel comfortable working in an international environment with the world’s largest companies and communicating with senior leadership positions. Ideally, you're based on the East Coast of the U.S.
