2. Underestimating the importance of aligning internal stakeholders

This means that once Legal and Information Security teams get involved, there is a risk that these features are immediately swept off the table. This could jeopardize an entire Smart Building initiative, which is why it’s so important to have a constant focus on your business case, and understanding what data you need early in the process.
